About me

My name is J.K Gee! I'm a student of theatre and storytelling and a longtime tabletop gaming enthusiast. What I love about TTRPGs is the opportunity to immerse oneself into a different world and create adventures in a shared setting as a team. I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for world building and characters, you can bet that I'll always show up to a session in a fun costume, most likely one related to the game we're playing... But of course what's most important is that everyone around a table feels like they're having fun

GM Style

World building and character are my RPG passions, I tend to focus more on the role playing side of things, I'm the type of GM that will do distinct voices for every character I try to embody. I try to be as descriptive as I possibly can be in everything from scenery to combat, my goal being immersion. To that end, I often dress up in the style of whatever game I happen to be running at the time. With that said, when it's appropriate I love a good fight. But above everything else, my primary goal is to do everything I can to make sure everyone I share a table with, virtual or otherwise, is having a great time. I try to make games feel like a collaborative story telling experience, split between the actual mechanics and the back and forth improv that makes TTRPGs so flexible and infinitely enjoyable. Because if it's not fun what's the point.
