About me

Hello Adventurers! I am Dustin, the Infernal Warlock. I have been playing TTRPGs since the 1995. I started with Dungeons & Dragons 2nd edition with a couple of friends at age 12. Unfortunately, due to life being life people moved away, but the excitement and joy of the game never left me. I got back into the hobby in 2015 when 5th edition came out, Critical Role was just starting to take off, and with it the explosion of popularity within the community. I gathered my friends, and tried my hand at being the DM. We fell in love with the game again, and we still play to this day.

GM style

I use a mix of role-playing and combat with a bit more emphasis on the RP side to really bring out the characters. I use Discord, theater of the mind, music to set the mood, and occasionally I will bring out maps of my own creation. I'm an amateur writer and storyteller at heart with a summer theater credit to my name. Whether you are a veteran player from 1st edition wanting to try out your latest character build, or you are brand new to the table and never rolled a die let me welcome you to the start of your adventure. More experienced players will find a GM that embraces the rule of cool and that crazy "I want to try" moment; while new players will find a friendly patient GM that still remembers what it was like just starting out.
