About me

Hello adventurers! My name is Gracie, and I'm a storyteller. I'm an experienced GM with multiple game systems, but my passion is introducing TTRPGs to new players, especially using D&D 5e. My goal is always to create a collaborative and kind environment that builds player confidence and creates magic. Whatever the genre - mystery, high fantasy, horror, or just a comedy romp - I'm always down to explore. Outside of being a GM, I love rock climbing, my three dogs, crafting, and hoarding stationary like a dragon. If you're looking for strong narrative, the ability to make wild character choices, and someone who enjoys playing with all levels of experience, I'm your gal!

GM Style

I love all aspects of the game, from the tactical to wild improvisational roleplay moments, and am much more concerned with finding a balance that suits the people at the table. Each character will have their own voice, to varying degrees of success and consistency. (What do you mean you want to talk to the random shopkeeper from a year ago? I think they were Scottish? Let's find out.) I tend to put less effort into building elaborate maps, and rather choose to keep things simple and focus on the story. However, that changes depending on the setting and how nitty-gritty things need to be. My main goal is always building an experience that is satisfying to the particular players and environment I'm playing with, so be ready to discuss your preferences!
