How Shu Qing Tan runs games
I provide a safe and inclusive environment. My games are collaborative shared narratives where players can experience all pillars of play. I try to keep a good balance of combat, exploration and role play in each game session. Most importantly, I value player agency and I care about my players. I believe it is important for each player to have the space to be heard and to have their time to shine. I improvise and customise my games to cater to various player needs and in response to players' in-game decisions.
