How GlennManiac runs games
I am especially passionate about the roleplaying heart of Dungeons & Dragons. For me, the magic lies in the conversations, the choices, and the moments when characters truly come alive. I’m always experimenting with different voices and accents to give NPCs distinct personalities, and while I’m still learning, I pour a lot of energy into making every interaction feel immersive and memorable. In my games, combat is never the only answer. With clever thinking, diplomacy, or bold creativity, many conflicts can be avoided entirely—or resolved in ways that feel just as heroic as a hard-fought battle. That said, when blades are drawn and initiative is rolled, I do not pull punches. I step fully into the mindset of the foes you face. A vampire will not toy with its prey—it will strike with lethal intent. Enemies fight as they would in the world itself: to win, to survive, and sometimes, to kill. To enrich the experience, I use a wide array of visual aids—from battle maps and detailed illustrations to evocative videos and atmospheric visuals. These tools help bring the setting to life, ensuring that every session feels like a vivid story unfolding before your eyes.
