About Jeremy "Erasmas" Lilley

I have been playing and running RPGs for three decades and started a homegroup that has met weekly in my home for over twenty years. In addition, I also began hosting liveplay game sessions on my YouTube channel in 2015. I am a worldbuilder, storyteller, terrain-builder, actor, writer, game designer, and graphic designer. At this point, I have created seven unique settings where I run most of my games. If you are interested in seeing my liveplay games, you can find my YouTube channel here: https://www.youtube.com/c/erasmasexpeditions I would love to talk about running a game for you, so hit me up!

When I'm not running games I'm...

Probably playing in a game. Or, I might be watching movies/shows, playing board games, playing video games, or crafting/painting terrain and miniatures.

How Jeremy "Erasmas" Lilley runs games

I run a lot of one-shots and mini-campaigns, where I try out strange ideas or new game systems (including a few that I have made myself), with a strong focus on quick, bombastic, cinematic action scenes. My long-term campaigns, however, put a distinct focus on character-centric, story-driven gameplay with a heavy emphasis on roleplaying. I tend to gravitate toward darker themes that challenge the player characters, and not merely in combat. I do also, however, welcome levity at my table... as long as it doesn't take away from the truly important moments. I run a very inclusive table and use safety tools to ensure that everyone who sits down for one of my games feels welcomed and comfortable.
