About me

My name is Chris and in 2014 I created a tabletop campaign of my own using the rules of 5e D&D within the universe of the Elder Scrolls video games. I am a lover of the lore of the Elder Scrolls and have done my utmost to keep my storyline true to the historical events of Tamriel. I use a variety of media along with some outside the box challenges to keep my players engaged and invested in the story arc, with far-reaching side-quests tailored to the individuals. My plot is deeply rooted in the lore, with many characters and references that fans of the games will know and love. Variety is very important in our game. Some sessions you might spend your time charming your way into a Nordic Jarl's feast, while the following week you could end up running the bloody gauntlet of a Dwemer Ruin. Whether using the assistance of battle maps or not, my preference is to run my games over Discord or Google Hangouts. I also use Tabletop Simulator, as this provides great visual aids and models. I am available to run sessions online any time of day.

GM style

As someone with a keen interest in voice acting, I love to do as many voices as possible. Being from a multicultural are and having a mixed upbringing, I am comfortable with a range of British Isles, Middle Eastern and American accents. I like to be flexible enough with the rules that they serve the game, rather than the other way round. I do my best to provide a varied, balanced experience by providing different kinds of roleplay and combat in order to suit different situations. For example, combat may be as simple as a bar room brawl, or as complex as a full scale military field engagement.
