About Vincent
Hello all you fine people! I started my RPG journey with the D&D Rules Cyclopedia, wrangling my sister, aunt, and whoever else I could convince to the table to roll some dice. Then I got hooked in high school with a regular AD&D 2nd Edition group. Been playing since D&D 3.5 ever since, took a stab at Pathfinder 1st Edition. Now obsessed with Star Trek Adventures. But looking to expand horizons. As a GM, I love building immersive stories and tricky encounters. As a player, I'm all about supporting a great story so happy to take a supportive role when it's time for someone else to shine. I'm a teacher at heart so I'm always happy to welcome new players. If you’re looking for a story-first table with room to roleplay, experiment, and occasionally set something on fire, you’re in the right place.

My favorite books are
I’m a big fan of science fiction. My favorite authors are Adrian Tchaikovsky and Peter F. Hamilton. I love the way Tchaikovsky explores alien life and new ways of thinking. His books always surprise me. I'm in the midst of the Architect series now and have so many ideas to bring into my games
My favorite system of all Time is
Dungeons & Dragons 2nd Edition. It’s a bit of a nostalgia pick, but to me it captures the spirit of fantasy roleplaying without going overboard on player options.

How Vincent runs games
I focus on story, character choices, and building a world that feels alive. My games are structured but flexible—I’ll always have a plan, but I leave plenty of room for players to shape the direction. I like mixing roleplay with clear challenges. Expect scenes that give your character something to care about, along with puzzles, and tough calls. I keep the tone focused but fun. I’m not here to trip players up—I want you to succeed, struggle, and feel something along the way. Whether we’re dealing with politics, mystery, or big action, I’m always aiming for a session that’s immersive and satisfying.

I deal with rules issues by...
I like to stick to the rules as written—they help define the world and make things fair for everyone. I see them as the “physics” of the setting, giving us all a shared framework to play within. That said, I won’t let rules slow the game down.
My games focus on...
I run story-rich games where choices matter. I love dilemmas that make narrative sense and tie back to the world in meaningful ways. Expect immersive plots, character moments, and consequences that echo across the campaign.
Vincent's ideal table
My games are story-driven with meaningful choices, grounded worlds, and character-focused drama. I'm always curious on hearing about WHY your character made a certain choice, and I'll ask during play!
