About me

My journey as a storyteller (GM) began with my family. My mother was a professional storyteller (parties, events, etc) and it is from her I learned the craft of inspiring imaginations through cooperative storytelling. Most of my storytelling experience is based in Vampire: The Masquerade, Changeling: The Dreaming and Changeling: The Lost 1st Edition. I ran various campaigns over the course of 23 years. My current storytelling inspiration is found in Shadowrun, 5th Edition. I enjoy providing players with interesting puzzles/riddles, tense and high-states social situations, exciting combat and fast-moving vehicle chase scenes! Everyone gets a chance to shine! I am involved in the character creation process and use my knowledge of the rules system to help bring your vision of your character to life!

GM style

As a GM, my role is to provide settings and scenarios that invite and challenge players. Much of my content is character-based, which encourages players to be invested in the story. I enjoy the aspects of stealth, intrigue, research and I want to give every player's character a chance to shine! I present setting, NPC's and plot hooks. Then I let the players take it from there. Being well-versed in the rules, systems and lore gives me an opportunity to pivot and adapt when players do something unexpected. I am also comfortable suggest possible actions the players can take if they're unsure of what to do next or stuck on a problem. If players make a case for their characters on a ruling and it is plausible (or better yet, really cool!) then I usually rule in their favor. I am fair and treat every player with respect. Most of all, my games are fun with lots of laughter...and tension *gasp*
