About me

I have been role-playing since 1984 when I got "the red box" Basic Dungeons and Dragons set. I never looked back! Currently I am interested in all things PBTA, with a special focus on Monster of the Week. To me TTRPGs are magical experiences which allow us to be someone else whilst learning about who we are. They are a great equalizer and a way to keep the wonder of play in our lives even when we are ancient (and maybe wise) old creature like me. I run games that are warm and friendly, that celebrate role-play and that give the players agency and partnership in the creation of the world around them. My games are welcoming to anyone who knows how to be kind, patient, engaged, supportive and collaborative. And you need to arrive with a smile and a sense of humour and adventure.

GM Style

Focus on the roleplay rather than rules and rolls. The reason I have become enamoured of the PBTA games is that they drive a shared narrative. I want everyone to feel included, involved and engaged. I value player agency. I want to create games that are a safe place for anyone who is determined to be kind and supportive of the other people at the table (or on the screen).
