Hello everyone, my name is Manos Daoulas and I've been Game Master for about two years now. I'm just finishing up my law degree at the University of Oxford, so you bet that those precious roleplaying hours are the highlight of my week. I've primarily run Call of Cthulhu, but am currently running an entirely homebrew DnD 5e campaign for my regular party. I am particularly interested in running horror/mystery/investigation scenarios, but am entirely comfortable in running other sorts of adventures as well. Whether you prefer a more tactical, or roleplay-heavy experience, I'm your guy. Should you be interested, I would love to have a full discussion with you and your party about what exactly you want to get out of our session. I'm looking forward to make your roleplaying desires a reality.
I love talking in character for most NPC's, as well as doing some voices. I despise the railroad and try to plan enough so it doesn't need to be part of my arsenal. Actions have consequences, everyone enjoys to fool around the table, and that is obviously fine, but actions declared to be in character will be treated as such. I enjoy crafting encounters where environmental elements have significance, as well as complex social encounters. I think the best stories are those I never even thought possible, and thus allow the players to take the game in directions I had not foreseen; improvisation is part of the GM job description after all.
