About Dex
Hail friends! My name is Dex, I've been playing and DMing D&D5e for 7 years now, running Wizards of the Coast modules. My focus of course is on making sure all my players are having fun, as part of this I emphasize maintaining an environment where everyone can feel safe and comfortable above all else. I like to encourage roleplay in my games but it is by no means mandatory, I have a solid understanding of the rules of 5e and adhere to them the best I can while understanding that there are times to flex and bend the rules, in these regards, I strive for consistency as to preserve fairness. I'll be running official WotC such as Curse of Strahd, Descent into Avernus, Wild Beyond the Witchlight and more! May many great adventures await us!

How Dex runs games
I keep a balance between combat, roleplay, exploration and investigation, ensuring each character gets a chance to shine with their varied skills. You can expect an average of two instances of combat per session, random encounters, social intrigue, and plenty of room for roleplay.
