About me

Hello and thanks for taking a peek at my profile! My passion has been fantasy, ancient history and mythology since I was a young child. I'm an avid writer with six published novels and I love the fantasy of D&D, which I've been playing & DMing for more than 30 years. My style is first and foremost as a storyteller, guiding players through fantasy worlds with rich detail, expansive story-lines, and prolific adventures. GM style

Personally, I enjoy a balance of RP and action woven into an intriguing story-line that keeps me on the edge of my seat. But that's just me. For my groups, I like to tailor the experience based on what they want to get out of a game. Some folks love RP, lots of storytelling, and voice acting. No problem! Other's like a ton of action and combat - I can do that too! And sometimes the group evolves into a combination of the above or changes direction entirely. I roll with the group, keeping them interested and excited about what might come next. Ultimately I strive to offer a great story, no matter if it's a short one-shot, or long campaign. As far as content, I enjoy the original world of D&D the most - The World of Greyhawk, and of course my own world - Worlds of Atlantis. But whatever world in the D&D Multiverse, the majority of the content will be written by me unless I am running a published adventure or series of modules. Even then, I add a lot of content to keep it fresh and surprising. I am also working on a world setting based on my novels - stay tuned for more on that!
