About Kuba

Hi there! Ever since I remembered, fantasy worlds have always fascinated me. Whether it's Tolkien's Middle-earth or the cold mountains of Skyrim, I spent hours delving into the nitty-gritty details these worlds had to offer. Safe to say Dungeons and Dragons was the natural next step for me. Thanks to D&D I was able to unload all of my creativity and passion for fantasy and roleplay, bringing to life my own fantasy realm, and thanks to my close friends I was able to show people what I've created. I really love writing and storytelling more than anything in the world, simply put it just makes me happy. I really enjoy DMing and all the challenges that come with it. I'd love to bring new people to my virtual table and immerse them into the stories, characters, and worlds I can offer. Having said that I also don't mind running content from premade worlds.

How Kuba runs games

I like to have variety during my sessions, sometimes having dark and gritty moments, other times keeping it lighthearted and humorous, and finally tieing it all down with an emotional scene. I love voice acting, describing scenes, and creating meaningful NPCs, all to make my sessions come to life and immerse. I plan things for all characters, incorporating their backstories into the plot and never keeping any of the players feeling left out. You can always count on me to set the perfect atmosphere with music/ambiance as well as engaging narration. I prepare a large amount of content for sessions including Inkarnate made battle maps, city maps, and region maps. I'm pretty experienced with FoundryVTT, and will find no issue running combat and exploration at a high level within the app. *In summary I offer* - warm and welcoming atmosphere - funny or serious roleplay exchanges - cool maps - meaningful NPCs - engaging stories tailored to the players' needs - accents and voices for different characters - unique magic items and monsters - original campaign/one-shot settings - safe environment for new players to learn and experiment
