Create games where player input is taken into consideration. Share worlds where players have immense freedom and player actions have influence and consequence. Offer campaigns with varied challenges for characters to overcome. Design adventures with NPCs that players will invest in. Host sessions where players are safe and have fun.
GM style
I enjoy mixing it up. In a campaign I like to include some mystery/puzzles, opportunities for social roleplay, combat, and exploration. I love giving players moments they can shine in, moments their characters are tested in, places to explore, personalities to interact with, and challenges to overcome. The best stories come from player actions and randomness.
