Exactly what you're looking for in a DM. Really lets you do what you want. There's a story that he wants to tell, but has no problem exploring your ideas. Really lets you do your thing and doesn't force you down a path. He's great at improv and voice acting. Great with the group out of character as well. Couldn't recommend this DM enough. Looking forward to additional Campaigns.

John is easily one of the best DM's I have ever played with. An incredible individual who listens, plans meticulously and can work in ideas on the fly. An extremely intelligent guy with a heart of gold, I highly, highly suggest playing with him whenever an opportunity arrises.

I've been having a fantastic time playing with DM Jon. He always creates a fun, encouraging, and immersive environment. He does great voices for various characters and really makes multiple people in the story come alive. I would highly encourage anyone just getting into DND or people with a lot of experience to play with Jon, as he's brought me many hours of enjoyment.

I enjoyed the storytelling and excellent voices. Very rules loose style. The VTT style with Arkenforge and being unable to move your token/interact isn't for me personally.

I had a lot of fun in a lvl 11 one-shot. The DM is willing to work with you on tactics and we were able to pick some fun items to make the slaughter and murder hobo-ing parts of the adventure a blast. I enjoyed the maps! There were animated effects that added to the game! Definitely would play another one-shot whenever I have the time and one is scheduled!
