About me

I've been DM'ing for approx. 4-5 years, with a few different groups. I am familiar with 2e and 5e rule sets although it’s been a while since I’ve used 2e. I’m also familiar with 3.5 pathfinder rules. I draw a lot of inspiration and style from Critical Role and the Super Quest Saga podcasts. I have also been a big fan of board games like Hero Quest. I love a good JRPG or rogue like although one of my favorite games of all time is the Baldur’s Gate series on PC. I’ve probably played through Shadows of Amn 10 times. My games are fun and light hearted and I have a tendency to highlight and reward expressive role play. I’m happy to cater to any audience and all age ranges and experience levels.

GM style

I enjoy a real mix of everything. I love crafting a great boss encounter that feels meaningful in purpose and tactics. I also enjoy role playing different characters. Although my voice doesn’t have great range I utilize some voice effects to help accomplish a sense of immersion. Some of my favorites to play have been the more eccentric ones though. Most of all I love having engaged players. When everyone is on board and in sync it makes the experience a lot more enjoyable for everyone.
