Character & Player agency! This can mean one campaign is extremely combat and tactic focused, while another is an interpersonal intrigue focus with not a single fight. I want diverse and well rounded tables and games.
When it comes to voices
I like to do voices and personify the characters the party meets. Although, I only ask for my players to put themselves in the shoes of their character not act of their role if they don't wish to.

I fit a lot of player styles, but my table is a casual energy with a challenging and deep world focused game, even my one shots will try and involves interests and aspects of characters skills and backgrounds if able.
