How DM Shaugnar runs games
What makes me stick out as a DM? Am i better, friendlier or more unique than the average DM? Probably not but i might not be the right person to ask. But i try to make my games enjoyable for my players and love to try and personalize the game a bit even if running a pre-written campaign. Backstories should matter. Choices characters make should matter. The world should feel like a living breathing world not like a static backdrop I also use many updated, personalized and home made maps. All with dynamic lightning I try to keep a good mix of Combat, story, RP, exploration, social encounters and all those fun things that makes up a good game After all we are playing this awesome game to have a good time. To have fun. I try my best to give my players that experience while having fun myself

I love it when a player
Surprises me with a solution to a problem or use of a spell/ability that i had not thought about.
I think metagaming...
is not just bad. It is actually needed to some degree to run a functional game. But can be misused and overused.
My table is not the place for...
Disrespectful people. Threat you fellow players with respect
