I have been DMing DnD5e for about 5yrs now. I have DMed several campaigns and one shots. I use Roll20 VTT for all my campaigns. I use all the tools available in roll20 to make every session as immersive as possible. This includes using maps, images, ambient music, APIs, macros.

How DMDark runs games
I enjoy roleplay and encourage players to do so as well. I try do do voices but I'll admit, Im not too great at them. The best kind of combat is where there is a challenge. What I like to do is give the players a change to tell their own unique story on top of the main one. I will discuss and work with player's backstories and either incorporate it to the main story or create a side story that everyone can enjoy.
