I am 37 years old and have been playing DnD since I was in middle school with about 23 years of experience as a player and 19 years of experience as a DM. I love all kinds of anime, video games, and books, a few examples of with would be Slime Isekai, Borderlands, and the Locked Tomb Trilogy by Tamsyn Muir. I love crafting epic stories with those that show up to my games.

How Tim runs games
I have played a lot of tabletop systems that I do bring some of the mechanics into games of 5e, like a crafting system based off of Pathfinder 1e, Sanity based LOOSELY on Dark Heresy, and other small bits and bobs I have picked up over the years. Recently moving from IRL play to Roll20 due to a closure of the LGS I used to run in, but my world of Avoria will continue on.

a great guideline but the developers could not have made rules for every situation possible, I do my best to jerryrig rules to the best of my ability when a unforeseen situation comes up.
When it comes to voices
I try to give all my important NPCs memorable voices, I am a male with a decently low voice so alot of the female NPCs might sound like they have smoked a few too many cigarettes.
