I love the chaotic but fun nature of our campaign! Dan has the perfect blend of roleplay and action, plus NPC’s rock. One thing we have all talked about is how nice it’s been having him DM especially for us players who are newer to DnD. He takes the time to explain mechanics, and is great at guiding people.

Dan is a DM that knows exactly how to weave a story in an intriguing and fun way while also being able to work with both advanced players and newbies alike. He knows the rules and helps those just starting out to feel safe and at home while they get the feel for their characters and the game. He moves the story along at an even pace and has both daunting and hysterical challenges for the characters to push through. He allows creative flow between the players and uses backstories to set up important plot points. I highly recommend him. Also…goblin voices…1000/10. JUSTICE FOR DROOP.

Dan has been an amazing Dungeon Master. This was my first year playing D&D and he made me feel welcomed and had great interpersonal skills. He aids in the creation of your character and answers all questions in a manner that makes you understand. Additionally, he is an enigmatic storyteller, and does a great job portraying the NPCs. The session I’m in has been a captivating experience. Each fight is high stakes and challenging, where you never know if your character will survive, and it keeps you on the edge of your seats. Non-combat interactions were equally engaging, because he helps in fostering character development and incorporating everyone’s backstory. Dan is an absolute must-have DM for your adventuring party.

Dan is amazing at incorporating character backstories, letting the players ACTUALLY roleplay and get ideas out there as well as plan. He understands there are also new players that need help with instruction and will do anything he can to properly explain game mechanics were it needs to be. He is a fantastic DM who lets players have a rule of cool, knows how to play, builds up the story with plot twists and lets player decisions MEAN something. It is a fun time and it never feels like a session is dragging. I could not recommend a DM more than Dan.

Danpaign ran a very compelling medley of 5e modules and other Faerun/Sword Coast content for myself and my group weekly for over a year. He knows how to keep things intriguing and exciting and I spent most of my week looking forward to his sessions. Even if you're a new player or have experienced some of the module content before I don't doubt you would come away from a Danpaign campaign with plenty of epic stories.

DM Dan is finally hitting it up on Startplaying! If you're reading this look no further for a great DnD experience! Dan's been such a great teacher of DnD to me and my friends and is so passionate about the game! I've been party of multiple of his campaigns and I'll keep coming back for more. He's got some great standards in how to make the sessions more interesting and one of my favorite traits is incoperating the party's back stories into the campaign! Really amps up the immersion and pulls the players in, not to mention makes role playing that much easier! The voices he uses is like none other, just wait for the goblins... That said, couldn't ask for better DM for first timers or old salts! He's open to questions and discussions on what would work for a situation or to make something Canon to the campaign. Not to mention a sense of real risk at times, players should always try to do their best! DM Dan isn't afraid to go full George R. R. Martin on the party for making bad decisions... So prep those Revivifies and save that world! Let DM Dan be your guide to your next DnD adventure!
