About me

Hey I'm Preston (they/he) and I'm here cause gming is my deepest passion and I want to see if I can make a living at it. Giving people a platform on which to tell stories together is the most fulfilling thing I've ever pursued. Creating opportunities to live out a fantasy that's existed only in your mind, to embody a character you always wanted to see in fiction, to play with and accept or reject the narrative tropes and standard beats of stories in our culture; that's where my gming is focused and where it shines. I want to help you bring to life the character you've always wanted to play and never had the chance to see through. I embrace 3rd party content for my games and am willing to write homebrew with and for you to get the mechanics of the game in line with how you see your character rolling out. I want to give you the chance to feel a part of a living, breathing, complicated fantasy world. I will give you the opportunity to play in a shared parallel play world, where you will see the impact of other groups on the setting, and they'll see yours. I want you to feel as engaged with our story as any other fiction you enjoy. I will give you custom handouts, carefully constructed dungeon and battle maps, action focused scene framing when it's needed and the wisdom to know when it's not, decision points that encourage you to embody your characters and make difficult choices together with the rest of your party.
