About Crim Deel

A long time ttrpg player, been playing since I was a kid. I started to DM at the start of D&D 5e and haven't looked back. I'm a published author/artist (local stuff, for whatever that's worth), a gamer, and I love creating and crafting anything fantasy. Collaborative storytelling is my favorite part of tabletops. I love writing and creating stories for players, I tend to feed off of a players enthusiasm and creativity as much as my own. I'm an introvet who's a pessimistic cynic; that being said my entire life has been in retail as the happy cheery guy... I know how to work and play with almost any type of personality, and I'll try to make sure everyone is having fun.

How Crim Deel runs games

I run my games with an idea of collaborative storytelling and open creativity. I love roleplay and combat: I love to get my players involved with eh world and story, but I also love creative combat; I try to blend the two. I'm a writer and I understand storytelling/campaign scope; I'll be able to deliver a compelling story to match the campaign we want to run. I can confidently build a story and experience matching what kind of game we want to play. I help create games and systems, so I understand game balance. I love creativity so I like to add to the game when I can.

Crim Deel's ideal table

My table is an understanding yet fair table, everyone has given up their time to be here, so please respect the table and everyone that has come to it. That being said, I like a laid-back atmosphere; we're here to have fun and there's no need to get crazy serious over things. Players that like creativity: to lose themselves in the world's depths, social puzzles, and interesting combat; my table is the one for you. I am willing to create something wonderful with you, and I hope you will want to explore that, together, in my worlds. I am a very laid-back DM, but do not mistake that for lazy. Writing, storytelling, and creativity fill my free-thinking; and the game is where I get to express that in it's entirety.
