About me
Hello everyone! I've been a GM for about 6 years now, running games for both official D&D modules as well my own TTRPG system that's been in the works for just as long. I'm very relaxed and willing to indulge in all sorts of character nonsense. If you can give me some proper notice, I'll allow just about any ideas into my games, as nothing brings me more joy than seeing players make their dreams a reality. My favorite part of games like these is that they're imaginative, so the only real limit is your imagination! With my games, I am completely confident with that claim. I've ran more than 700 games over the past 6 years and I welcome players of all backgrounds to my tables. I've taught the rules to dozens of players, and I'm more than happy to help any newcomers learn the ropes of TTRPGs in whichever way I can. Having worked plenty of times with both adults and kids alike, I'm very attentive when it comes to communication and am always open and available to discuss anything when it comes to the game, whether that be character building, rule clarification, or even just general chat. GM Style
My games focus a lot on my players, and I'm happy to twist or even restructure existing storylines to help my players feel like their lives and stories matter in the world, if that's something they're looking for. I also pride myself on efficient and exciting combat that brings a thrill unlike any other. I love the gritty numbers of it all and adore making both exciting and challenging encounters that my players are sure to remember. If you want your voice to be heard or your story to be told, I'd love to help that happen in these games. I'm happy to allow homebrew content, no matter how unorthodox or outlandish it may be. My only requirement for homebrew content is that the player is willing to compromise with it if I feel something may be too unbalanced or overpowered. Regardless, I do my best to keep the spirit or fantasy of any content if a compromise is necessary. Currently, I am able to run games for various Wizards of the Coast modules for D&D, being Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden, Dragon of Icespire Peak, Tomb of Annihilation, Curse of Strahd, and Candlekeep Mysteries. I'm also happy to run any other modules, but I would need to have at least a week or so to prepare. Along with this, there is a Homebrew world and Game system that I've been toiling away at for about as long as I've been a GM. This new system, which I've dubbed Horrors and Hellscapes, works very similarly to other TTRPGs like D&D and prioritizes creative freedom above all else. It's this system that I primarily use in my games, and all of my players who have tried it say that it's some of the most fun they've ever had. With my games, my goal is to bring an exciting and memorable experience for all players involved, and to provide a safe and fun environment where everyone can be free to express themselves without any worry of embarrassment or social pressure. Games are meant to be fun, and that will always be my top priority. If you have anything you'd like to ask of me, please shoot me a message!
