About me

I'm a professional writer, semi-pro game designer, and very amateur podcaster who lives in Hong Kong. My RPG writing credits include work on Feng Shui, Heavy Gear, Mutant Chronicles and Night's Black Agents/GUMSHOE, as well as my own games such as Malandros and Revolution Comes to the Kingdom. I'm co-host of the ENnie award-winning RPG podcast Fear of a Black Dragon. I also translate Brazilian RPGs into English, including the sci-fi game UED: You Are The Resistance, the Dungeon World modules "Grim Hunt" and "The Order of the Last", and The Elephant & Macaw Banner Roleplaying Game.

GM Style

I try my best to be prepared but flexible, letting the players drive the game experience while keeping everyone involved and having a fun time. I have something of a penchant for dramatic or entertaining NPC portrayals and, in historical or modern-day games, celebrity cameos.
