About Victor
Hello adventurers! I’m a lifelong GM and RPG enthusiast who first stepped into the world of tabletop gaming back in 1989 with AD&D. Over the last three decades, I have spent roughly 70% of my time behind the GM screen and 30% as a player, giving me a deep understanding of what makes a game truly memorable from both sides of the table. While Dungeons & Dragons is a core passion of mine, my gaming experience has also been shaped by running and playing in diverse systems like Shadowrun and Warhammer Fantasy. My games strike a dynamic balance between roleplay and thrilling, tactical hack-and-slash combat. I love structure but deeply value player freedom, so our campaigns typically begin in a localized sandbox area. This gives you a safe, immersive space to learn the land, test your abilities and get comfortable with your character before the campaign pivots into a massive, living open world.

I ran my first game...
in November of 1989.... My group had no idea other than watching the Dungeons and Dragons on TV. We made it up until we had a chance to go to a local gaming convention and got to run a game with some other more experienced players. The rest is history.
How Victor runs games
My games strike a dynamic balance between roleplay and thrilling, tactical hack-and-slash combat. I love structure but deeply value player freedom, so our campaigns typically begin in a localized sandbox area. To bring the game to life, I am incredibly dedicated to visual and auditory immersion. I design campaign assets, handouts and lore documents to make the world feel tangible. Tailored music and soundscapes that shift seamlessly to fit the narrative mood. The absolute best part of GMing is watching players collaborate. There is nothing quite like hearing a party spend twenty minutes concocting a wildly over-complicated plan, only for a sudden twist of the dice to send everything spiraling in a completely unexpected direction! Lets build an unforgettable story to remeber.

My games focus on...
having a good time and creating the potential for memorable moments players will remember! To me, that means providing opportunities for every player to have a chance to shine and help influence the story we are working to put together.
Victor's ideal table
Players that are willing to allow the Rule of Cool not hold them back making memorable moments at the table (even if its virtual). I follow the rules as a general rule but believe that sometimes a player can come up with some crazy moments that you just cant plan for and the 'rules' are more guidelines than hard and fast must does.

I think metagaming...
is what you make of it. Just remember that if you want to optimize, the monsters can also do the same. :P Players are suppose to be above the average and do amazing things and sometimes you run into a monster. Sometimes its a squash fest.... and sometimes you get squashed.
