About V
I love to tell great stories with friends both old and new, I have been running games for a little under 10 years and to varying degrees of official and unofficial versions of systems. I am very much a rule of cool GM and facilitate player shenanigans and player agency in narrative moments. The most memorable moment as a GM was having a player gamble their character sheet for an extremely tense standoff with a very powerful enemy and winning the bet. Cyberpunk is by far my favorite system to run but I am fond of 5e and Pathfinder 2e as well, there are so many ways to tell stories and I wanna be able to tell a few and make a few friends along the way.

How V runs games
Roleplay Heavy, Rule of Cool and most important of all, fun! I guess my unique style of GMing is digging into players backstories and connecting others by having players participate in flashback vignettes or open dialogues during crucial player decision making moments to really raise the stakes or tension. I regularly reward creative solutions to complex problems if the players manage to circumvent things like combat by arranging an accident or steep resource requirements by pulling off a daring heist to avoid said monetary costs.

I deal with rules issues by...
Making a final decision that suits all included parties without disparaging either.
Rules are...
Be kind, have fun, look cool doing it.
V's ideal table
Enjoy things like bits? Wanna pull off a crazy stunt? Wanna do something using a skill not associated with the task at hand? I am a rule of cool style GM and I am always open to facilitate character choices in the moment making sure you not only have the chance to pull off that dive off the 50th Story of that building but to look cool as heck while doing it. If this sounds like you, then you have come to the right GM

I love it when a player
Does something insane and out of left field to give other players a better chance at success in their actions.
I think it's a red flag when players...
Join my games looking for combat every session and expect a meat grinder style campaign or one shot. If you really enjoy combat and suffering, there are plenty of Curse of Strahd games on this site.
My perfect party mix is
A mix of wacky and serious characters that bounce off one another in fun and relatable ways.
