About Jeffrey
So I started playing when DnD 3.0 came out, into 3.5 and years of pathfinder. Played blades in the dark, l5r and a few other games and some vtm larp for 5 years or so. Came back to DnD in 5.0, ran a home game. Now currently running two successful games on roll20 and looking to do more with my skills.

I got started GMing...
when I was just 14, my group of friends and I would all take turns running games and over time I found myself building the bigger stories and really enjoying the looks on their faces as we played.
My favorite books are
I am a big Sanderson fan, as well as Berserk, and currently reading Godkiller.
How Jeffrey runs games
I run character driven stories and provide the space for everyone to grow and have epic moments. I facilitate the story for you all as you explore and experience the world we are in. I’m fair but not a push over and I run a polite table where I expect everyone to respect each other and myself.
Jeffrey's ideal table
I run an organized and well mannered table, I think it is very important everyone respects each other. I emphasis not cutting myself or the other players off, knowing when it's someone elses time to shine in the spotlight and allowing them and of course when it's your turn. I call on all my players during a session, making sure everyone gets moments of their own as well as together. Im on time, consistent and reliable.

I think min/maxing...
is perfectly fine, but, if you go hard I will return in kind. I think every game should have encounters that maybe you steamroll over but others that bring you to your limit and really test you. If as a group you want to make the strongest characters you can,I will rise to that challenge to test you
My perfect party mix is
a combination of people who enjoy roleplay and combat, as well as investigating clues or solving puzzles. Many games have something for everyone and I want to bring that out in every session so it's a mix of events.
My table is not the place for...
people who are rube, overbearing and unaware of their impact on the game. I want everyone to enjoy moments and no one player is Player 1.
