About Greg
I am a longtime gamer of every kind, and have been privately enjoying TTRPGs with friends for years. I recently reached the point of having enough extra time and resources to really devote some energy into GMing as a source of extra income, and I'm excited about all the game time this website has to offer. My favorite thing about this hobby is the sheer enjoyment of occupying a shared imaginary space with cool people. No matter how the adventure turns out, the activity itself, when it's working, is the best thing in the world. That's the primary motivation behind everything else, for me- are we having as much fun as we can? Then we're winning.

I became a GM because
I've fallen in love with the simple power of sitting around a table, making stuff up together. No matter how much technology and craziness we invent, there will always be this. It's my favorite thing to do, and I want to share it with everyone.
How Greg runs games
My games are about imagination and energy, more is better. The stories and settings I craft are dynamic, comical, and as open to manipulation and player agency as I can make them. The collaborative element of TTRPGs is my favorite thing about them, I have little interest in pouring my ideas over you and seeing if you can intuit how to react to them correctly. The players *are* the story, the way the characters in our favorite books and movies are the whole reason there's a story at all. I always keep that in mind. Players go to all the trouble of making interesting people to be, and I think it's best when the story grows as much from them as me. Keeping people involved, invested, and awake is key, and it's what I'm most interested in being good at.
