How Ross runs games

As a GM, I like to give a fair, rewarding challenge to my players. I want you to win, but the world is it's own living, breathing thing and those within it will fight with what they have to oppose you. I also enjoy deep roleplay. Some of my favorite moments as a GM have been watching players roleplay with each other and develop their characters, or make bonds with npcs. Simply put, I want the world to feel real, and make the characters, pc and npc, feel a part of it.

My favorite players are those who can both take the internal fiction seriously in character and willing to joke around and work well with other party members at the same time. While I do enjoy tactical play, good roleplay is my favorite part of ttrpgs.
