He's fair and allows for players to have extensive levels of creative freedom. He is very good when it comes to world building and visually telling a story with both visual yes and verbal descriptions and makes the world feel more alive. He has been a personal favorite DM of mine and is incredibly friendly with new players.

Great at world building and improvision

Played in games with Andrew for many years. As a Game Master he is: THOUGHTFUL - Respects boundaries, continues to check in, practices mindfulness. DETAILED - Andrew will have intricate organisations, factions and networks to work with or against. Has a rich ecology with diverse flaura, fauna and aberrations . ENGAGAING - Andrew builds upon and incorporates character background into the story in a very satisfying way, making you feel connected to the land. ADAPTIVE - You have to plan for hours just to be ready to improvise, and I can promise you that I and my many game mates, over the years, have REALLY kept Andrew on his toes, and he is a master class in rolling with the punches. FUN - Give him a shot!

I've played DND with Andrew for quite a while, and he's incredible as a Dungeon Master. Whether it's from a module, some homebrew, or some combination in between, Andrew always knows how to set up something truly memorable in the game. He's very knowledgeable about the rules but isn't afraid to let something truly spectacular happen if it's creative and cool enough (within reason, of course). Andrew is also very beginner-friendly. In the last campaign I played with him, we had a few players who joined halfway through who were pretty new to DND. He'd always help them out regarding spells, character features, and basic rules whenever it got too overwhelming. By the end of the campaign, they were much more confident in their abilities as players. Overall, Andrew is a fantastic DM, and I'd love to play more of his campaigns and oneshots in the future

When I met Andrew as a DM or a GM I was brand new to playing. He helped me to understand how to play the game and understanding the different classes and races. I have been apart of a total of 6 games varying from experienced to inexperienced players. Every game he cares about each player and making their experience worth while. Whether you are a brand new player or an experienced player you are always welcome to his table. He is also a no nonsense DM or GM with players being mean to each other. While he does great with mixed groups, he is the type of DM or GM that also wants to work towards creating games that are focused on specific experience levels, so keep an eye out for those games so that you can find the right game for you. He also likes working with each player to understand the type of game they want to play. Whether that is with combat, role playing, adventure, world traveler, loot seeking, or all the above. He gets to understand each player at game zero and also through discord secret chats. If you have questions, concerns, or problems do not hesitate to reach out and make your voice heard. He likes to create a table that is welcome to everyone as well as including the vast knowledge that different players can bring to the table in creating games for fun experiences. Overall he’s very understanding of each and every player at his table and wants to work with them to make the game work with them and their needs.
