About me

Logan (He/him). You may also simply call me Barwench. I’ve been playing board and role playing games my entire life. I also have over 20 years experience in hospitality, primarily as a bartender - which I feel translates great to entertaining a group and keeping things running smoothly. I focus on Dungeons & Dragons 5e (2014 & 2024), but also love Pathfinder 2E, and other rules light systems such as Kids on Bikes & Never Stop Blowing Up. I currently run two in person games, one meeting every week for the past year, and the other meeting every other week for the last two years. One is a high fantasy setting that just transitioned into a Spelljammer backdrop while the other is a very gritty futuristic Chicago. Beyond that I also run games for TableTop RPG In a Castle in Philadelphia as well as various cons throughout the year. In general whatever tone you’re looking for from light hearted to horror I’m capable of and happy to deliver. My players love my ability to create unique situations for their characters to navigate through as well as exploring their backstory’s in exciting and unexpected ways. As a AuDHD person myself, I welcome all types at my tables. My tables will always be inclusive of any race, orientation, and neurodiverse individuals. Acceptance, not merely tolerance, of such individuals is also expected for any players at my table. I use a variety of tools to bring my games to life from Arkenforge digital maps, sound effects, Discord for voice & video, AboveVTT, and Roll20 depending on what you’re most comfortable with.

GM Style

I love to bring a mix of musical ambience, voices, and detailed maps paired with an open mind within the intentions of the rules of whatever system we're playing. I enjoy putting together a challenging puzzle or encounter (or both together) as much as I do a great role-playing scene.
