About me

I love D&D so much. That’s fairly obvious, I know. Why else would I be here? I’ve yet to try any other TTRPGs, but I’m dying to branch out and try more! I’m fairly new to the D&D space, having only played consistently for about a year and a half, but I’m a storyteller at heart and always have been. I became my group’s DM out of necessity, not expecting to enjoy it all that much, but I fell in love right away. Nothing has ever filled my need to share the stories and worlds i’ve created as much as DMing has. Unrelated to TTRPGs, I’m queer, neurodivergent, chronically ill, and disabled🤘🏻 Also a cat + dog mom, and a gamer. Let’s roll some dice!

GM Style

I definitely lean into the roleplay more than exploration and combat, but I still LOVE combat. It’s important to me for combat to have a purpose. I don’t often throw my players into combat just for the sake of combat. Ideally, every fight serves a larger purpose to the story. I try to do character voices, but never expect them from my players! If you do them, great! If not, great! I’m happy to sound ridiculous for the sake of immersion. It’s one of my favorite parts of DMing. Generally speaking, I prefer a more serious vibe for my games. Don’t get me wrong—jokes are gonna be made and ridiculous stuff is gonna happen, and I do enjoy that! It’s part of the game! But I prefer characters and/or backstories to be more serious.
