I have been running table top and live action rpgs for as long as I can remember, begging my parents to take me to the library I knew had some of the first edition books that I wanted to pore through. I like to try and bring some drama and atmosphere to my games, just a touch of music and sound can bring a lot to a scene.

How Steve the DM runs games
Roleplay and storytelling are paramount, and the rule of cool generally wins out. I like to use voices, music, and other audio to enhance the experience, as well as full color maps on roll20 for exploration and combat. I like to trust my players, if you want to roll your own dice go ahead. But I also love to embrace failure. Some of the best stories, the best scenes I have been in have come out of failure.
