I build my content around my players' wants and needs, I focus intently on making the game at the table as enjoyable as possible for everyone. I'm good at improv, but not stingy on prep!

plotting out the general structure of the adventures, making sure that they're concrete enough that the party always feels like they're making good progress towards a goal while also ensuring the sessions are flexible enough for player creativity to flourish.
My games focus on...
fun above all else! So long as it doesn't intrude in the fun of any of the other players or hinders the campaign, I highly encourage my players to be creative and be free to do as they wish.
Rules are...
good to have as guidelines but ultimately secondary to the fun and comfort of everyone on the table, if a particular ruling or mechanic of the systems I run is annoying or just plain unfun for the table to deal with I'm not afraid to make changes!
