Hi, I'm Ryan and I have been playing TTRPGs for more than 25 years. I started with AD&D 2nd Edition, wandered through 3rd and 4th editions, and really found my stride during 5th edition over a decade ago. I began DMing in 2019 and eventually moved into the OSR space with games like Old-School Essentials, Shadowdark, Dungeon Crawl Classics, and Mörk Borg, exploring systems that encourage clear choices and active play.

How Ryan runs games
I try to run games that stay in motion. I put a lot of care into preparing my Foundry setup so the experience feels smooth, organized, and free of distractions, letting players stay focused on the world and the decisions that matter. I prefer a deadly game where creativity, caution, and smart choices matter and not every challenge is meant to be tackled head on. I am always rooting for the party to succeed and I enjoy seeing players find clever ways through the dangers they face. My goal is simple, keep the story moving, keep the table engaged, and give you as much real play time as possible.
