About Tyler
Hey! I'm Tyler. I got my start playing D&D 5e for a few years before eventually deciding to try running games myself. After discovering Pathfinder 2e, I was hooked. The system rewards teamwork, tactical combat, and meaningful character choices in a way that really clicked with how I like to GM. The thing I enjoy most about tabletop RPGs is watching stories develop naturally. I can spend hours preparing NPCs, maps, encounters, and plot threads, but some of the best moments are the ones the players create on the spot. Those unexpected moments are why I love running games. As a GM, I try to be consistent above all else. I don't fudge dice, I keep as many rolls in the open as possible, and I run Pathfinder close to the rules as written. When the players succeed, it's because they earned it. When things go sideways, it's because the dice—and the story—took them there. I think that consistency builds trust and makes every victory feel more meaningful. I also put a lot of effort into immersion. I use custom Foundry content, maps, music, ambient sound, character voices, and handouts to make the world feel alive. Whether it's a tense investigation, a difficult boss fight, or a quiet conversation with an NPC, my goal is to make every session feel memorable. If you're looking for a table where your decisions matter, the dice are honest, and the story reacts to your choices, I'd love to have you join us.

How Tyler runs games
I enjoy every pillar of Pathfinder 2e. Roleplay, investigation, exploration, and tactical combat all have their place, and I aim to give each of them time to shine. I run Pathfinder close to the rules as written because I believe consistency creates trust. I don't fudge dice, and I keep as many rolls in the open as possible. When the party overcomes a challenge, it's because of their decisions, teamwork, and a little luck—not because I quietly adjusted the outcome behind the screen. Combat should feel dangerous, but never unfair. Some encounters exist to test your resources, others to tell a story, and a few to push your characters to their limits. Every victory should feel earned. The part I enjoy most, though, is creating opportunities for your character to matter. I pay attention to the choices you make during character creation and throughout the campaign, then build moments where those choices become meaningful. If you invest in your character, I'll invest in giving them opportunities to grow, struggle, and become a memorable part of the story.

I prep by
Building custom maps, expanding published adventures, and preparing enough that i can comfortably adapt when my players surprise me.
Rules are...
The foundation that makes every success, failure, and victory feel earned.
Tyler's ideal table
My ideal table is made up of players who enjoy being invested in the world around them. You don't need to be a voice actor or Pathfinder expert, but I do appreciate players who pay attention, work together, and enjoy engaging with the story as much as the combat. I love groups that celebrate each other's successes, stay engaged even when the spotlight is on another character, and approach challenges as a team. Strange Aeons rewards curiosity, note-taking, and asking questions, so players who enjoy solving mysteries and piecing together clues will feel right at home. Mistakes happen, plans fall apart, and sometimes the dice have other ideas—that's part of the fun. The best moments often come from adapting to the unexpected rather than expecting everything to go according to plan. Above all, I want my table to be respectful, collaborative, and welcoming. If you're excited to build a memorable story together, earn your victories, and watch your character grow over the course of a long campaign, I think you'll fit in just fine.
