About Isaac

I've been playing and running TTRPGs for 5 years now, with experience with Vampire the Masquerade, DnD, and Pathfinder. In my free time, you can find me writing, drawing, reading, or thinking about vampires (or all the above!).

I became a GM because

I love creating stories and exploring characters with others. I enjoy being a player too, but being able to craft stories for my players and present them with subjects and challenges that really resonate with them is such a gift.

How Isaac runs games

As an ST/DM, I prioritise narrative and RP moments, weaving my player's stories into the overarching plot. I always put the PCs first, allowing for emergent stories to take the spotlight whenever possible. What the players are interested in, becomes the story! I provide an immersive experience, holding the tone and drawing my players in, speaking in character and using the mechanics of the game to inform the RP, rather than relying on dice. I put effort into fleshing out all of my NPCs, providing an experience in a world that feels real, always moving in the background around the PCs.

My games focus on...

Player led stories! I'm always flexible and prefer to let the players lead where the story goes, allowing for emergent stories over the 'main plot'. Your stories ARE the main plot.

Isaac's ideal table

Players that are hoping for an immersive, deep RP experiences are most likely to have fun at my table. Players who make playlists, pinterests, and art for their characters, and want a GM/ST who will also take interest and pay attention to every detail about their character. If you're someone who wants to deep dive into your character and really feel/understand their place in the in-game world, I am certain that this is the table for you.
