About me

Greetings! I am a professional GM that actively hosts games for both adults and adolescents. I have a robust knowledge of both the D&D 5e and Shadowdark RPG systems and prefer to utilize Foundry VTT in combination with Discord when running games. I have fine-tuned Foundry through a variety of plug-ins to create a fast-paced and immersive game experience. I don't use offensive themes or vulgar language, and focus primarily on classic high fantasy storylines and environments. I value every player in my group, and do my best to make sure each of them is given attention and opportunities to shine.

GM Style

As part of my game sessions, I try to balance the three pillars of the roleplay experience: combat, exploration, and social interaction. Combat is tactical and challenging, exploration is tense and perilous, and social interactions are animated and interesting. I encourage players to interact with the NPCs directly by voicing them, but if a player prefers to describe what their character says instead of engaging in dialogue that's, ok too. My games of D&D tend to be epic and heavily character focused, while my games of Shadowdark utilize a large variety of roll-tables to develop the story and exploration experience alongside the players.
