About Ghost
I'm Ghost, a GM of 2 years who lives for player driven collaborative stories. I run sandbox campaigns using the official settings you know and love. But every quest, NPC, and dungeon is homebrewed to fit your party. I don't write a script; I build a living world, and you decide where to go and what to do. I love taking official lore and twisting it into something uniquely ours. My GM style is 70% improv, 30% prep. When it comes to the rules, I lean hard into the Rule of Cool. I know the systems well enough to keep things fair, but I'd much rather see you do something epic and memorable than get bogged down flipping through a rulebook. Got a wild plan? Describe it, roll the dice, and let's see what happens. I run a welcoming, LGBTQ+ friendly table where new players and veterans alike are encouraged to think outside the box. Your backstory matters, your choices matter, and at my table, you are the main character of your own legend. Let's build a sandbox and knock over the castles together.

How Ghost runs games
I run player driven sand boxes where the world reacts to you and what your doing. You'll never be forced down a hall way or railroaded in to talking to someone. If you befriend the villain, adopt the monster or burn down the tavern, ill adapt on the fly and make it matter. My sessions are roughly 60/40 RP to combat. But that ratio shifts based off of what your doing and what the party's enjoying during a given session. If you want to spend an entire session bartering with merchant and scheming in a council chamber? Great. If you want to kick down the door to the council chamber and roll initiative? Also great. When combat does break out i like to keep it cinematic and fast paced. I love rewarding creative thinking like dropping a chandelier on someone or using a spell in a thoughtful but not necessarily intended way. I know the rules well enough to keep things fair, but ill always prioritize what's awesome over what's right.
