About me

I remember when I got the Dungeon and Dragon's beginner box set, and my friends and I played it. We didn't fully understand the rules, but we made up characters and stories. I remember going to the game store in the mall more than once a week to see what was new. The store had a small bookcase with modules and other games. The modules were shrink-wrapped, so there was no way of knowing if they were good. We spent our allowance carefully but were never sure what the quality would be. I remember spending a whole summer going through Castle Amber with my friends, not to mention going through Keep on the Borderlands multiple times, but admittedly some of the best adventures were when we just made things up as we went. I have been playing D&D 5e for the past five years. I'm an old-school gamer that owned the original D&D beginner box set and had played on and off since the 80s but life, family, and job made it difficult to continue until my daughter joined a D&D club in high school, and I found Discord and roll20, and here I am.

GM Style

I love a mix of roleplay and fighting, but I'm flexible and will go in whatever direction the players decide. I like world-building and imagination.
