I've GM'ed for about 30 years with several groups over the years. I got back into it with The Red Venom Plains as a player and now am giving GM'ing a try. I keep with the rules for the most part but if it takes away from the fun, the rules can be 'massaged' to fit the playstyle.

How Auditor Filmari runs games
I try to use what best suits the players. I helped playtest and develop 4e D&D combat, so my default play style certainly falls to graph layout. However, I am a huge fan of fun over friction, so I make fast rulings to keep the game going. I have been running D&D for over 30 years, helped develop multiple other gaming systems, and try to keep my players entertained. I have some programming experience with Roll20, so that is my preferred tabletop.
