About me
I've been playing TTRPGs since the early 1980s and I'm loving the resurgence in popularity of tabletop gaming. I run a range of games aimed at introducing players to awesome systems they may not realize exist. I like to keep things simple using physical dice and theater of the mind, augmented by Alchemy and/or Discord. All of my games are LQBTQIA+, BIPOC and neurodivergent friendly. Gaming newbies will be offered all the support they need to find a fun and safe gaming environment.
GM Style
My style is definitely at the immersive end of the spectrum, rules-light, inclusive, and flexible on role playing. I have many decades of theatre experience which I bring to the voice and characterization of my NPCs. I'm passionate about bringing new players to the hobby and encourage anyone who is just starting out to check out my games.

Chrispychickin is a wonderful DM! Very inclusive, great for beginners, and knows the rules for the newest game Candela Obscura! I was so surprised that I enjoyed the game system as much as I did. I would highly recommend him for all your games!

Chris is an excellent DM for beginners. He has been great about helping me when I don't understand something and understands whenever anyone has to miss a session. A friend recommended Chris to me and spoke to him about my autism and common interests he and I share.
