About me
"I didn't spend all those years playing Dungeons & Dragons and not learn a little something about courage." That's a line from The X-Files ep. 320 "Jose Chung's From Outer Space" and while I'm not playing much D&D right now, it's still pretty dead on. Roleplaying games are the best games. It's pretty rare for folks to still talk about that game of Catan from 15 years ago (I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but it's RARE). When it comes to roleplaying games, though... it's COMMON. The stories stick. That's what I'm here for. To give you, the players, stories that stick. And it is true...I did spend all those years playing D&D. At 13 years old, the red-box 1983 D&D Basic set was my first roleplaying game. Then Advanced D&D, then AD&D 2nd edition. Then the roleplaying industry really started to take off and all kinds of games became more and more available. We played Rolemaster Fantasy and Spacemaster, Vampire: The Masquerade and Mage: The Ascension, Amber Diceless, the FUDGE system, live RPGing, and back to D&D 4e, too. There's a lot of stories in there.
GM Style
I run games that are roleplay heavy. I let the story build around who the player characters are and what they do. NPC's aren't pre-scripted and will react to how characters approach them, which means you can make both friends and lasting rivals! Game worlds are inclusive and LBGTQ+ friendly. I have an open door policy for players to message me (or arrange a time to live chat, when needed) for any reason -- lines, veils, character/world questions, whatever.
