Ben’s really cool because I don’t feel like he’s super set in his ways about how we play the game. Sure he follows the rules when we play, but I like that he’s open to us bending those rules a bit when we have a really cool idea.

Very communicative and easy to reach, willing to work with players on how to interpret rules and niche interactions

I've had three sessions with Ben GMing so far. He's done an amazing job of organizing and running the games so far. I was completely new to Lancer and he's provided ample materials to answer any and all questions I have. His games have great pacing, keeping the story moving at a decent clip without glossing over details. Combat has been smooth so far and he is able to juggle multiple enemies without so much as a stutter in his turns. His maps have been dynamic and he reacts to changing and unique situations smoothly while coming up with creative consequences to player actions. The spotlight never seemed to linger over long on one player and he does a good job of player wrangling.
