Hello, traveler ! You can expect a safe, welcoming space for deep immersion and many kinds of other fun at my table. I aim to keep a positive and upbeat mood for everyone, though I have my quirks - as we all do -and that’s what makes us human. I believe in the Socratic “I know that I know nothing,” so I stay flexible and adapt to each group and situation to make the experience shine. Experience : I’ve played and run over 2,500 sessions across 35 years. It sounds like a lot—but I still feel like a kid when the dice roll. By design. I play because I love it. Systems GM’d: Shadowrun 2-6e, D&D 4–5.5e, GURPS 2-4e, Daggerheart, several indie systems, and three of my own design. I became a GM because
I always liked stories. Stories make up our world. We only know what we do because we read it somewhere or because someone told us. Have You ever thought about that ? I always wanted to be a storyteller, writing like mad as a kid. I held my first RPG rulebook at 9 yo. Since then my mission is clear.
My 3 systems I'd bring to a desert island would be
A quiz question, huh ? Well, I'd bring an autonomous precision agriculture system, water well drilling / potent desalination and filtration system. And a wind farm - system to power it all. I don't know if I'm able to cultivate apples from algae, but I'll try my best and eat just the fish till then.
My favorite shows/movies are
Anything W.Anderson, most of D.Lynch, frat pack movies & Q.Tarantino, some of O.Stone, I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry, TBBT, HIMYM, Friends, Brooklyn 99, many many fantasy trilogies and series we all like, generally all positive psychology movies. I don't think 300 characters can cover it all...
How Ay runs games
I love blending deeper roleplay with strategy - crossing classic RPG storytelling with the structure of board and / or card games, and sometimes even a touch of wargaming when it suits the group. Expect strategic depth, meaningful choices, and stories that react to player decisions. I aim for immersive sessions where laughter and tension can coexist, where characters grow through both their triumphs and their flaws. Whether we’re exploring emotional arcs or building clever plans on a strategic map, the goal is always the same : to make every session memorable, together.
