I'm a lifelong RPG enthusiast with experience in AAA video games and a sincere commitment to creating multifaceted, story-driven games. From science fiction to horror, comedy to calamity, I collaborate with the players at the table to craft an engaging story using the systems they prefer. My current interests are in Candela Obscura, Daggerheart and Blades in the Dark.
GM Style
I collaborate with the players at the table to craft an engaging story using the systems they prefer. I lean into story-driven sessions and call on players to attach meaning to their characters' interactions with the world. NPCs have motivations and goals, and the world responds to the choices players make at the table. I'm a massive fan of the players and will set up challenging encounters that encourage them to utilise the system's mechanics to get out of trouble.

I've been in games with Meg where she runs an immersive world rich with NPCs and features to interact with. What I really appreciate is her ability to riff of details you provide and build on how your interact with the world to create reactions in the narrative. Does your character spend their off time researching the the foe you just defeated? Congratulations, you've lost learned something new about them that may become useful in a future campaign. My experience is that she is attentive to what players enjoy, actively looking for feedback and will lean into those elements.

I've played in both campaigns (Blades in the Dark and Candela Obscura) and one-shots with Megan as a GM. She is amazing! Attentive to the needs of players, creating original and intriguing storylines for the games, and able to create amusing NPCs and run with 'a bit' for as long as it goes. Would highly recommend this GM!!

Megan really sets the scene well and must do a load of prep as she always responds well to the various story diversions we take and eventually gets us back on track. She's been running Candela Obscura for our group for a year now and the twists and turns and intrigue are always fascinating. A great GM I can heartily recommend!

Her games are engaging and richly detailed, and she has a real talent for creating emotional connections between characters and NPCs. She also regularly checks in with players when a session gets a bit heavy, which is always appreciated. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a memorable and meaningful tabletop experience.

I've played games with Megs for a number of years, she has run a number of campaigns I have been involved with as a player. I really have enjoyed her player/character focus, her ability to bring in the back story of the characters, and ability to emotively involve the characters in the plot of her campaigns is wonderful. She is one of the best GMs I have played with, and I really appreciate the time and effort she has put into the campaigns we have spent together - very fond memories.
