About Kyle Morrow
I've been playing DnD for about 10 years now and I've loved every second! I've run a ton of games, from one-shot games to epic-level campaigns that took years for my friends to complete. I'm no stranger to any experience level, I've taught elementary and middle school kids to play and I've run games for some friends that have been playing since 2nd edition. I live by a famous quote from former Nintendo president Reggie Fils-Aimé, "If it's not fun, why bother?" DnD is supposed to be fun for everyone involved, and if things get out of hand or if anyone has issues I'll be quick to correct things. On the same note, sometimes rules as written can restrict things - rule of cool is always up for debate, as long as it doesn't affect things at the table balance-wise.

How Kyle Morrow runs games
I originally got into DnD because I was really into the combat mechanics of a lot of video games, so I have a ton of experience messing around with that - but my love for the game stems from the experiences between. I love making a whole bunch of strange characters all with unique voices (I even have a subscription to a voice changer for special occasions) and setting up fresh unexplored worlds for players to explore, and the rules can always bend if what we're trying is fun! Like I said in my description, I really like the quote "If it's not fun, why bother?" and I like to think that part of the fun of the game includes challenging the players - combat, puzzles and skill checks will all be difficult, but doable, so good decision making is a must. I usually frown upon meta-gaming unless it involves knowledge that your character has and would have an effect on their decision-making. A party wipe isn't always a party wipe unless a TON of terrible decisions were made along the way! Finally, as much as I love gritty realism, I do like to keep things light and comfortable for all involved.
