About Mother Kroven (Iris)
Hi! I'm Iris. I have been a GM and player for 10 years now. Once the bug set in of wanting to host adventures I couldn't stop. My top priority is hosting fun games in a safe environment for all. Rule of cool, gift of advantage if you fail at the same roll 3 times are just a couple things I bring to the table. The world of open world of Dremura I have created for many home brew adventures awaits all who wish to have a blast! To share a bit about myself: I have been into fantasy my entire life. Reading things like Lord of the rings at a young age paved the way to me writing my own adventures and creating my own maps once I found the world of D&D. The way I have come to see D&D is the players are the true story tellers of the adventure for with out them there would be no adventure. This Passion was just a little hobby when it first started. A baby gamer starting out in D&D 3.5 to running and playing games in 5e. Realizing this wasn't just a hobby but a passion I have made it a goal to put my all into this. Stream games, gain followers on multiple platforms, turn my passion into something I can use to support myself, but most importantly keep it fun for everyone!

How Mother Kroven (Iris) runs games
I love a good balance between roleplay and combat. I do my best with character voices and continue to get better at it as time goes on. Most of what I run is homebrew. With that I love making funky magic items catered to fit my players characters to give them Items they might hold more dear as they level up. Rule of cool within reason and a good dice roll to back it up does work with me. With a very open world improv is an always increasingly useful tool for me as where options and clues are dropped I'm not going to railroad players anywhere. I find a session 0 extremely important to learn about my players as well as introducing myself. getting to know each others expectations and possible triggering topics during that first session before jumping into character creation I find important. I don't want to just know your character I want to know you as well.
